Gió giật mạnh từ rạng sáng đến khoảng 6h sáng ngày 15/11 khiến một số nhà và cây xanh bị hư hại ở huyện Hải Lăng (tỉnh Quảng Trị). Hiện có một số nhà dân bị tốc mái, xây xanh trên các tuyến đường về các địa phương ven biển bị gãy đổ. Tại xã Hải An, huyện Hải Lăng có 25 nhà dân bị tốc mái. Cây cối gãy đổ chắn ngang đường, nên lực lượng biên, phòng, ban chỉ huy quân sự và dân quân đang cưa dọn. </p> <p>Tại bãi biển Gio Hải, huyện Gio Linh, nhiều tuyến đê kè bị sạt lở nghiêm trọng. Trong rạng sáng nay, sạt lở đã kéo sập nhiều hàng quán ven biển thuộc xã Gio Hải. Rất may thời điểm đó người dân đã kịp thời sơ tán tránh bão. Ở các tỉnh Trung Trung Bộ đã có mưa to đến rất to với lượng mưa phổ biến 100-200mm.</p> <p>Hồi 7h ngày 15/11, vị trí tâm bão ở khoảng 17,0 độ Vĩ Bắc; 107,5 độ Kinh Đông, ngay trên vùng biển từ Hà Tĩnh đến Thừa Thiên Huế. Sức gió mạnh nhất vùng gần tâm bão mạnh cấp 9 (75-90km/giờ), giật cấp 12. Bán kính gió mạnh từ cấp 6, giật từ cấp 8 trở lên khoảng 100km tính từ tâm bão.</p> <p>Dự báo trong 6h tới, bão di chuyển theo hướng Tây Tây Bắc, mỗi giờ đi được 15-20km, đi vào đất liền các tỉnh từ Hà Tĩnh đến Thừa Thiên Huế và suy yếu thành áp thấp nhiệt đới. Đến 13h ngày 15/11, vị trí tâm áp thấp nhiệt đới ở khoảng 17,2 độ Vĩ Bắc; 106,5 độ Kinh Đông, trên khu vực biên giới Việt Nam-Lào. Sức gió mạnh nhất vùng gần tâm áp thấp nhiệt đới mạnh cấp 6-7 (40-60km/giờ), giật cấp 9.</p> <p>Trong 6 đến 12h tiếp theo, áp thấp nhiệt đới di chuyển theo hướng Tây Tây Bắc, mỗi giờ đi được 15-20km, đi sâu vào đất liền và suy yếu thành một vùng áp thấp trên khu vực Trung Lào.</p> <p>Vùng nguy hiểm do bão trên biển trong 12 giờ tới (gió mạnh từ cấp 6 trở lên, giật từ cấp 8 trở lên): từ vĩ tuyến 15,5 đến 19,0 độ Vĩ Bắc; phía Tây kinh tuyến 109,0 độ Kinh Đông, toàn bộ tàu thuyền hoạt động trong vùng nguy hiểm đều có nguy cơ cao chịu tác động của gió giật mạnh.</p> <p>Gió mạnh, sóng lớn trên biển, nước dâng do bão vùng ven biển: Vùng biển từ Hà Tĩnh đến Đà Nẵng (bao gồm cả huyện đảo Cồn Cỏ) có mưa bão, gió mạnh cấp 9, giật cấp 12; sóng biển cao 3-5m, biển động rất mạnh. Vùng biển Bắc Vịnh Bắc Bộ (bao gồm cả huyện đảo Bạch Long Vĩ) gió Đông Bắc mạnh cấp 7, có lúc cấp 8, giật cấp 10, sóng biển cao 2-4m; biển động mạnh.</p> <p>Ven biển các tỉnh từ Nghệ An đến Thừa Thiên Huế nước dâng do bão cao 0,5-1,0m. Nguy cơ ngập úng xảy ra ở vùng trũng thấp ven biển, cửa sông, đầm phá tại các tỉnh Quảng Bình, Quảng Trị, Thừa Thiên Huế.</p> <p>Trên đất liền từ phía Nam Nghệ An đến Thừa Thiên Huế có gió mạnh cấp 6-7, vùng gần tâm bão cấp 8-9, giật cấp 11.<br /> Từ nay (15/11) đến ngày 16/11, từ Thanh Hóa đến Thừa Thiên Huế có mưa to đến rất to với lượng mưa từ 100-150mm, có nơi trên 200mm. Đến 16 giờ ngày 15/11, vị trí tâm áp thấp nhiệt đới ở khoảng 17,2 độ Vĩ Bắc; 106,0 độ Kinh Đông, trên khu vực Thượng Lào. Sức gió mạnh nhất vùng gần tâm áp thấp nhiệt đới mạnh cấp 6 (40-50km/giờ), giật cấp 8.</p> <p>Trong 12 đến 24h tiếp theo, áp thấp nhiệt đới di chuyển theo hướng Tây Tây Bắc, mỗi giờ đi được 15-20km, đi sâu vào đất liền và suy yếu thành một vùng áp thấp trên khu vực Thái Lan.</p> <p>Vùng nguy hiểm do bão trên biển trong 24 giờ tới (gió mạnh từ cấp 6 trở lên, giật từ cấp 8 trở lên): từ vĩ tuyến 14,0 đến 19,0 độ Vĩ Bắc; phía Tây kinh tuyến 109,0 độ Kinh Đông, toàn bộ tàu thuyền hoạt động trong vùng nguy hiểm đều có nguy cơ cao chịu tác động của gió giật mạnh. </p> <p>Gió mạnh, sóng lớn trên biển, nước dâng do bão vùng ven biển: Vùng biển từ Hà Tĩnh đến Đà Nẵng (bao gồm cả huyện đảo Cồn Cỏ) có mưa bão, gió mạnh cấp 8-9, giật cấp 11; sóng biển cao 4-5m, biển động rất mạnh. Vùng biển Bắc Vịnh Bắc Bộ (bao gồm cả huyện đảo Bạch Long Vĩ) gió Đông Bắc mạnh cấp 7, có lúc cấp 8, giật cấp 10, sóng biển cao 2-4m; biển động mạnh.</p> <p>Ven biển các tỉnh từ Thanh Hóa đến Đà Nẵng có khả năng nước dâng do bão cao 0,5-1,0m. Nguy cơ ngập úng xảy ra ở vùng trũng thấp ven biển, cửa sông, đầm phá tại các tỉnh Quảng Bình, Quảng Trị, Thừa Thiên Huế, Đà Nẵng. </p> <p>Gió mạnh trên đất liền: Trên đất liền từ phía Nam Nghệ An đến Thừa Thiên Huế có gió mạnh cấp 6-7, vùng gần tâm bão cấp 8, giật cấp 10. </p> <p>Mưa lớn: Từ nay (15/11) đến ngày 16/11, từ Thanh Hóa đến Quảng Nam có mưa to đến rất to với lượng mưa từ 100-150mm, có nơi trên 200mm.
